Server logs
When you access this website, the server processes technically necessary connection data such as your IP address, time of access, requested file, and browser information. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is the secure and reliable operation of the website. Logs are deleted when they are no longer required for this purpose.
Bug reports
When submitting a report, we process its description, game version, and an optional screenshot. The data is stored in a non-public server directory and used solely for bug analysis. The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Reports are deleted once processing and documentation are complete, unless legal obligations require otherwise.
Session cookie
A technically necessary session cookie protects the form against unauthorized submissions. It is used solely for security checks and never for analytics or advertising.
Anonymous access statistics
For a normal page view, only a total counter, the date, and the selected language are aggregated. No IP addresses, full user agents, cookies, or individual visitor identifiers are stored for statistics. Recognized search-engine bots are not counted.
No transmission to platforms
The form submits exclusively to this index.php. The code contains no Steam, YouTube, Discord, or other third-party interface. A platform opens only when you deliberately select a Steam or YouTube link; form data is never included.
Your rights
Within the applicable legal framework, you have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, and objection. You may withdraw consent at any time with future effect. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority, particularly the State Commissioner for Data Protection of Lower Saxony.
